A Bluetooth feature is great, but for ease of set up and make or receive calls, you can access the whole list and automatically connects to your phone when the power unit. I was playing music via bluetooth with my ipad and android phone, the display of the video is also great and the device looks good. A very satisfied customer.
Install this device in 04 Ford Freestar from my wife. With your feet Assembly kit and harness wire, the unit set up super fast and looks great on the console. Improvement of any factory unit of sound is amazing. This unit comes out an incredible amount of energy with the sound more crisp. Installed handsfree cell phone microphone behind the empty button on the central console. I had high hopes for the microphone to be able to pick up the voice behind the lid of the console, but so great. Call quality sounds very well. All you really want is a car stereo able to Bluetooth and I got an amazing sound through speakers in the standard factory in the negotiation. Buy Car Stereo
If you are looking for a decent head unit with all the technology today, excluding GPS, this is the one for you. I have been using for more than a month and so far has met my expectations. The screen is not customizable. You have 3 different background colors to choose from. The function of the USB and DVD work great. The clarity of the screen is decent. The only bad thing is that it does not update the name of the song/artist very well when running music via Bluetooth. In addition, every thing is great.
Actually I had for my brother-in-laws 2004 Dodge Durango with 4 factory speakers. I love this pioneer AVH-280BT 5 stars. I think that is pretty good too. But things are a bit more great pioneer AVH-X2600BT unit with a few features to it. Installed in a Lincoln Navigator 2005 with 8 speakers, premium sound, TV and a security camera. Best Car Stereo Equipment is why I have to compare it.
Much to my surprise that the pioneer AVH-280BT corresponds to 90% of the larger units have possibilities. I think this drive will be more kind of "small things". A great improvement over the stock stereo. The power of sound and output are identical. You can get very strong. A better talking about it would be a good upgrade, but it is not necessary.
